Our History
In the early 1990s, a group of South Asian women immigrated to the United States for a chance at opportunity. Years went by, and as they established themselves, they couldn’t ignore their moral obligation to give back to the global community.
In 2018, Founder of the company and her daughter, went back to India to collaborate with social workers and find trustworthy organizations. There, they witnessed first-hand not only the value a well-funded education would have on the children of JMJ Sneha Sadhan, but they realized there was more work to be done.
When they returned to the United States, their community wanted to help the cause. Once all the directors joined, they formed an organization to become a stronger force: the Global Education Initiative
About Us
The Global Education Initiative is a nonprofit dedicated to funding education for any child in need, regardless of race, national origin, caste, religion, ethnicity, class, or creed. We seek to provide this service to any child, in any part of the world. We stand by the belief that education can be the gateway to freedom and hope to provide as many children as we can with that opportunity.
